8 Medium to Large sized green , red ,
yellow, or orange Peppers
Cut the tops off the peppers , remove cores and seeds.
Save the tops , cores and set aside with peppers.
3 Pounds Ground Turkey, Beef, Veal, Pork or any combination
1 Onion finely chopped
5 Garlic Cloves minced
2 cups of Milk
2 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
¾ cup Grated Cheese
1 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
Tops (stems removed) and cores of Peppers chopped
Tomato sauce to taste
Pepper to taste
