2 lbs. skinless walleye fillets
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup steak sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. brown sugar, halved
1. Mix wet ingredients and half of brown sugar. Pat walleye dry and place in marinade for one hour.
2. Preheat broiler to medium.
3. Place fillets in shallow buttered baking dish. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar on fillets.
4. Place in broiler about 7 inches from heat. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, depending on thickness. Fish will overcook quickly because of the marinade -- check often!
