Low Fat Salsa Chicken


4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
3/4 cup salsa (mild, medium or hot)
1/4 cup dry Parmesan cheese


Spray a flat baking dish with cooking oil spray. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer. Pour the salsa evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake about 35 minutes at 350 deg or until lightly browned and juices from the chicken run clear. Serve hot with rice.
