Gourmet Potato Salad


5 lb sliced Redskin potatoes
10 large eggs hard boiled
3 3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tb. Salt
2/3 t. cracked black pepper
1/3 t dry mustard
3/4 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup chopped and diced celery
1 t. Worcestershire


Stream sliced potatoes for 12 - 15 minutes until cooked. Spread out potatoes and cool in refrigerator. Dice the hard boiled eggs. Mix mayonnaise with dry spices, onion, celery, and Worcestershire sauce. Add cooked potatoes, eggs and mix well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving, even better flavor if refridgerated overnight. You can save yourself the time and effort by stopping by your neighborhood Logli Deli and picking it up. Just remember to change your bowl for that homemade look!
