Mother's Blender Nutri-Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. soy milk
  • 2 oz. rice milk
  • 2 oz. apple juice
  • 2 oz. clean water (bottled)
  • 2 scoops Source of Life (energy powders)
  • 1/3 cup plain or vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. original bee pollen
  • 1-2 Tbsp. flax seed oil
  • 1-2 tsp. fresh ground flax seed meal
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Your choice of berries, fresh or frozen

    Directions

    1. Add to blender bee pollen, ground flax seeds and flax seed oil and blend until ground together.



    2. Add remaining ingredients except fruits and blend for approximately 30 seconds.



    3. Add fresh or frozen fruits of your choice, blend till slightly pureed. Leave slightly pulpy. Serve as a high energy, low fat, protein drink for the hot days of summer.
