1 lb bulk sausage (mild or hot to suit your taste)
4 or 5 medium zucchini, sliced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
In a heavy sauce pan, fry sausage, breaking it up until all color is gone. Drain thoroughly. Stir in zucchini and tomato sauce and turn into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 deg about 45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is brown. Serve hot.
