Corn Salad

Ingredients

2 11 oz cans white whole kernel or shoe-peg corn, well drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped (green tops, too!)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Directions

2 11 oz cans white whole kernel or shoe-peg corn, well drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped (green tops, too!)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Mix all ingredients well; chill.

Note: Recipe can be halved, doubled, etc., to feed everybody. It keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
