Crisp Fried Chicken

Ingredients

Any amount of boneless chicken breasts
flour
salt
pepper

Directions

Cut boneless chicken breasts into strips. Dip each strip in salt water and roll in flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Drop into hot oil and fry until brown. Drain on paper towels before serving. You can know your oil is hot enough when a few grains of flour will brown immediately when dropped into the oil.
