Ingredients
8 oz fettuccini pasta
2 oz butter
1 TBSP minced garlic
12 large shrimp
1 oz Parmesan cheese
½ oz fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Place butter and garlic in a pan. After butter has melted, add shrimp and saute, (be careful not to overcook). Turn heat off when shrimp is fully cooked and add pasta. Stir pasta until all garlic butter has been absorbed by pasta. Place in a bowl and top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
