Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup cooked smoked sausage, sliced
½ cup wax beans
½ cup whole kernel corn
½ cup okra
½ medium green pepper, sliced
½ medium onion, sliced
½ cup celery, diced
1 cup sliced, cooked red potatoes
½ cup butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper and garlic to your taste. Cook on medium heat for approximately ½ hour or until all vegetables are cooked to your liking.
