Thai Peanut Butter Burgers


1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 TBSP lime juice
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP grated fresh ginger
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
4 hamburger buns


In a large bowl, whisk together the crunchy peanut butter, lime juice, and soy sauce. Add the ginger, cilantro, and cayenne pepper, blend well. Add the ground meat and mix well. Form into 4 patties. Grill, broil or pan fry.
Serve on buns with your choice of condiments. You might want to include a good Thai hot sauce. Enjoy!
