White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, fat-free
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 can white kidney beans
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed, chopped
  • 1 (14 oz.) can green chilies
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatillas, medium to hot
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • Pinch of black pepper

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and heat on high for one to two hours or on low all day.



    2. Serve with corn chips.
