1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worchetshire (sp?) sauce
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
any cut of steak
3-4 cups of lettuce, torn (bagged lettuce works well)
1 can mandarin oranges
2 green onions, diced (red onion also works well)
3-4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Combine sauces in microwaveable dish, add butter. Microwave 30 seconds to one minute, until butter is melted, stir well. Spear steak(s) with fork and place in reclosable storage bag. Add marinade. Close bag, removing some of the air. Squish bag to cover all parts of steak with marinade. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning half way. Grill over medium heat to desired doneness. Let steak rest at least 5 minutes.
Bottled raspberry vinaigrette, to taste
Toss lettuce and dressing to combine. Top with remaing ingredients. This is an almost no-fail recipe.
Add bread/rolls, rice/potato/pasta and any vegies you prefer to make an easy, flavorful Summer dinner.
