Mark Henderson's Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & diced
2-3 pinches cayenne pepper (optional)
1/3 – 1/2 cup favorite hot sauce (depending on desired level of spice – I prefer using Sriracha hot sauce, though any hot/buffalo sauce works)
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese, any flavor
1/3 – 1/2 cup Ranch/Blue Cheese/any other creamy salad dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Cook and dice chicken, set aside
Season chicken with cayenne pepper, if desired (optional)
Soften cream cheese in microwave (~20-30 seconds)
Mix hot sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salad dressing in oven-safe dish
Add in chicken, stir together in dish
Bake in 350° F oven for approx. 20 minutes, until dip is bubbly and hot throughout
Can be served hot or cold, using tortilla chips or French bread.
