Impossible Pumpkin Cheesecake
Ingredients
1 pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
Topping
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Place all ingredients into blender.
3. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
4. Pour into prepared pie plate.
5. Bake about 45 minutes.
6. Remove from oven.
Topping
1. Mix ingredients.
2. Spread over pie.
