Linguine with Shrimp & Pancetta
2 T Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, sliced
1/2c Grated Cheese
1/2c Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water.
Heat olive oil, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper. Add pancetta and cook thoroughly.
When finished cooking, add basil and toss with pasta. Finish with grated cheese and bread crumbs to taste.
