6 medium peeled potatoes
1 1/2 cup milk
4 oz. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1. Boil potatoes in enough water to cover them. When the potatoes care fork tender drain and put in the mixing bowl.
2. Melt butter in the milk in the microwave and add to the potatoes on low. Add 1 raw egg, salt and pepper, then turn up to medium speed. When potatoes are fluffy, check seasoning and serve.
Add 1 large ripe Haas avocado to potatoes before whipping.
South of the Border Style
Add 1 cup picante salsa to potatoes before whipping.
Add 1 cup canned pumpkin to potatoes before mixing, then add honey, cinnamon and nutmeg at the end.
