Biet Bil Leban (Yogurt and Eggs)
1/3 cup olive oil
4 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
1. Heat oil.
2. Crack eggs and break yolk.
3. Pour egg in oil and fry.
4. After egg is fried, add yogurt on top of the eggs.
5. Mix yogurt and eggs by breaking up the fried egg. Serve with Pita Bread.
