Meatballs with White Wine Sauce


1 lb. Ground Chuck Roll
10oz. Ground Pork
½ lb. Romano Cheese
½ lb. Bread Crumbs
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp. Chopped Garlic
1oz. Parsley, chopped
1 Egg
6 oz. water
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 2oz. meatballs.
White Wine Sauce
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
10 Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
1 cup White Wine


In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and add garlic. Lightly dredge meatballs in flour and add to frying pan. Add sun dried tomatoes. Fry meatballs until golden on the outside. Add wine to deglaze the pan and let the wine reduce by ½ and thicken. Let cook and additional 5 minutes.
