1 lb Pasta
Pesto to Taste ( see previous recipe )
2 - 6oz Salmon Filets, Broiled
Salt & Pepper to taste
Marinate Salmon filets in olive oil salt and pepper for 24 hrs, in refrigerator.
Place Salmon on a broiling pan and broil for 10 min. Remove and allow to rest, about 10 min.
Break filets into generous, bite size pieces.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with pesto and salmon pieces.
