Filet of Tilapia Ala Lino


Tilapia Filets
2 eggs
1 Cup Flour
Olive Oil
2Teaspoons Parsley, finely chopped
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper


Whisk eggs with a pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour into pie plate and stir in parsley. Mix flour with garlic, salt and pepper, also in a pie plate. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Dredge fish in flour evenly coating the filet. Gently turn in egg mixture. Fry in hot oil about 3-4 minutes remove to plate. Cool just a couple minutes and serve.
