Caviar with Balsamic Vinagrette

Ingredients

Balsamic Vinaigrette



  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 cloves minced garlic



    Caviar



  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 cloves minced garlic

    Directions

    Balsamic Vinaigrette



    1. Combine ingredients in a capped jar and shake vigorously.



    2. Refrigerate until ready to use.



    Caviar



    1. Drain the beans and tomatoes.



    2. Chop the peppers and onions



    3. Stir in the vinaigrette.



    4. Refrigerate for at least about eight hours so the vegetables can marinate.
