2 pounds Shrimp
5 pounds Crab Legs
1 Lobster Tail
3 -4 Cloves Garlic finely chopped , or to taste
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped , for color
Salt, Pepper, Olive oil, to taste
Boil shrimp and rinse in salt water, slice to bite size. Thaw crab legs and squeeze out all the moisture, slice to bite size. Boil lobster split open and slice to bite size.. Add garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste and toss. Chill and serve.
