9 Cloves of Garlic
1/3 cup Olive Oil
7 Scallions Chopped Coarsely
1 cup loosely packed Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
2 pounds medium or large Shrimp, peeled
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
1/3 cup of half Chicken Stock half White Wine
Salt & Pepper to taste
Heat oven to 500 degrees. Combine olive oil and garlic in food processor and blend until smooth. Add scallions and parsley, pulse until minced.
Put shrimp in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add garlic sauce and red pepper flakes and toss to coat.
Move to a roasting pan or casserole and arrange shrimp in a single layer. Use a spatula to get all the sauce. Add broth and wine. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until sauce is bubbling and shrimp are pink. Serve .
