Cod Filet or any fish filet (thawed)
Chipped Fresh parsley (or dried)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place fish filet in a pan or baking dish with a lid.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and parsley.
Add water to pan 1/4 to 1/2 way up the side of the filet.
Add butter to water.
Over and place in oven for 30 minutes.
