8 Veal Leg Slices - pounded thin
1/2 cup White Wine
1/2 teaspoon Dry Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Dredge veal in flour. Heat butter in frying pan til hot. Add veal in a single layer salt and pepper to taste. Cook over high heat til brown, about 2 minutes, then turn and brown other side. Remove veal to platter.
