Ingredients
1 Long Loaf Ciambatta Bread
Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Pesto ( see recipe archives )
Fresh Basil , rough chopped
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Directions
Slice bread through the center lengthwise. Spread each half with pesto. Layer fresh mozzarella and tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with basil and olive oil.
